By using clickcease.study you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Editorial content, not professional advice

The site publishes editorial reviews and guides about advertising fraud protection. Content is for general information only. It is not legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice or a substitute for the documentation of any vendor we cover. Decisions you make based on our content are at your own risk.

3. Vendor terms govern actual purchases

If you sign up to a click-fraud or bot-traffic protection product through an outbound link, the contract is between you and that vendor. Their terms of service, refund policy, billing terms and acceptable use policy apply. We are not a reseller, agent or representative of any vendor.

4. Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links earn us commission. See affiliate disclosure.

5. No warranty

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be available, error-free or that reviews are exhaustive. Pricing, features and product behaviour change; we update on a 90-day cycle and out-of-cycle for material changes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickCease Study and its editorial team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Direct liability is limited to USD $50.

Third-party trademarks (ClickCease®, CHEQ®, and other product names) belong to their respective owners. We use them descriptively under fair-use / nominative use principles.

8. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping at a rate that degrades service.
  • No attempts to bypass our security headers or rate limits.
  • No attempts to impersonate the site or the editorial team.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by general principles compatible with the EU Brussels I Recast Regulation. Disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence will be referred to the courts competent for the controller's registered jurisdiction. Consumer protection rights granted by your home jurisdiction are not affected.
